You can automatically receive your products on a regular pre-arranged schedule with no shipping charge. To set up your regular shipments, contact customer service by phone, fax, or mail.

International Orders
Orders can not be shipped outside the United States at this time.

Forms Of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code), located on the bottom of the check. Credit cards can be either corporate or private.

To pay by check or money order, simply print a copy of the online order form and mail to HealthMax, Inc. However, paying by check may slow down your order, we do not process your order until your check is received and your funds clear. Paying by personal check typically delays your order about five to ten days.

Prepaid accounts may be established for companies, organizations or individuals by calling HealthMax, Inc. You may pre-pay orders by depositing a sum of money in a HealthMax account. Subsequent orders by phone, fax, or mail can be charged against your prepaid account. To establish an account, mail a check with your name, address, email address, phone number, and your signature. Future orders with the same name and address will be charged to this account.

Gift Certificates

  • Our standard processing fee will be charged to the purchaser of the gift certificate. Shipping charges will not be charged to the purchaser.
  • Gift certificates can only be redeemed by mail at this time. Include the gift certificate and any additional balance due with your order mailed to HealthMax, Inc.
  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
  • Gift certificates can only be redeemed with orders of the exact or greater value.
  • Gift certificate orders can only be exchanged for orders of the same or greater value
  • Gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue or on the earliest date permitted under applicable law, whichever occurs later.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged only on orders mailed to an address in the state of Washington. Washington State law requires that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order. Because charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.

No sales tax is charged when buying gift certificates; purchases paid for with gift certificates, however, will be charged sales tax if shipped to addresses within the state of Washington.

Safe Shopping
HealthMax, Inc. provides a secure server that encrypts all submitted information. We and our Internet provider use appropriate precautions to protect your personal and financial information. You should know that we have two ways for you to send credit card information securely to us. Our secure server is compatible with browsers such as Explorer and Netscape for transmitting information over the net in an encrypted form. If you use a browser that is not compatible, you can use our unencrypted server to process your order.

To provide additional security, your credit card number is not maintained in the customer account database. Therefore, you will need to enter your credit card number each time you order.

If you are more comfortable, you can print the online order form and send this to HealthMax, Inc. by fax, mail, or phone.

HealthMax, Inc offers premium products from a number of leading manufacturers. To provide the best service, convenience, and price, most of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. Because of these arrangements, some orders may be split up and shipped from multiple locations on different dates.

  • Street addresses are required for all orders. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Most orders are usually delivered within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Orders will be shipped UPS ground or using the best method, unless noted otherwise.
  • Overnight and express orders must be requested and approved by calling our customer service department in advance. Additional charges will be applied.
  • In the unlike event that the merchandise is not available, we will attempt to notify you of back orders within 5 business days.
  • Freight charges will be calculated according to the method specified in the catalog. Additional freight charges may be indicated for some items.
  • Merchandise can only be shipped to addresses within the United States at this time.

Shipping and Delivery Times
Most orders should be delivered within 5 to 10 business days. This may vary based on the shipping location and the shipping carrier. Orders are usually processed within 2 business days (payments by check may take longer), and then placed with the carrier for delivery. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks total delivery time before contacting HealthMax regarding the status.

Shipping and Handling Charges
Our system automatically calculates the shipping charges when you fill out our online order form.

Our standard shipping and handling charge is $6.95 per order. A few products require additional charges or COD. If applicable, this information is included on the product page.

Tracking Your Order
If your merchandise is not received within 3 weeks of the expected ship date, contact HealthMax, Inc. customer service by phone, e-mail, fax, or internet. Once you know the shipment tracking number, you can contact the shipper directly.

Guarantees and Refunds
HealthMax, Inc. is concern with your health and product satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, most products can be returned for a refund. We have separate refund policies and procedures for nutritional supplements and other products.

100% Guarantee on Nutritional Supplements - We GUARANTEE you will be completely satisfied with our premium vitamins and dietary supplements, or return the unused portion to HealthMax, Inc. for a full refund of the purchase price. Returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date with a copy of the invoice included. You do not need to request authorization to return nutritional supplements. A refund of the merchandise cost and sales tax will be issued by check or credited to your credit card account after received and processed by HealthMax, Inc.

Other Products (excluding nutritional supplements) - Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date if authorization is obtained from HealthMax in advance. Contact HealthMax before returning merchandise to determine refund policies and instructions. Procedures may vary for some products and manufacturers.

Returns - Ship merchandise to the following address, unless instructed otherwise. Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Enclose the slip in the carton and wrap the package securely. For your protection, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

Authorizations - Some merchandise can only be returned if approval from HealthMax is obtained in advance. Special procedures, return address, or authorization codes may be required by some manufacturers. To request authorization, call 206-362-1111 Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST.

Order Cancellations - You can cancel orders only if the merchandise has not been shipped.

Exchanges - Merchandise meeting our return policy can be exchanged. If applicable, restocking fees are charged on the returned merchandise, unless exchanged for merchandise of the same or greater value. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Freight and handling charges back to the customer are charged on the new merchandise.
